2003 Booking & Cancellation Policies

CHARTERS

CHARTER Bookings and Payments

  1. Bookings made 181 days or more before departure:
    A deposit equal to 10% of the gross charter price is required to confirm the booking. A second deposit of 20% of the gross charter price must be received 180 days before departure. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
  2. Bookings made 180 days to 61 days before departure:
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the gross charter price will be required to confirm the booking. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
  3. Bookings made 60 days or less before departure:
    A full non-refundable payment is required to confirm the booking.

Note: Please be sure to read and sign the Yacht Charter
Agreement & Charter Preference Sheet

All payments must be received on time, otherwise the vessel will be automatically released and deposits forfeited. If the second deposit of 20% is not received on time, the date booked will automatically be opened for sale and the charterer can choose any alternative detailed in the “Charter Cancellation Policies" described below.

 

CHARTER Cancellation Policies

If the charter reservation is cancelled, the following policies apply:

  1. Cancellations made 181 days or more before departure:
    50% of the deposit received will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be retained as service charge.
  2. Cancellations made 180 to 61 days before departure:
    All monies received are non-refundable. The charterer has the following options:
    1. From 180 to 121 days before departure:
      The charterer may convert the booking date into a ‘For Individual Travelers’ (FIT) departure, but only if the Charterer is willing to become responsible for 50% of the total capacity of the yacht, at the current FIT published prices. 50% of all deposits received will be credited towards this option, and the remaining 50% will be retained as penalty.
    2. Between 120 to 61 days before departure:
      The charterer may convert the booking date into an FIT departure, but only if the Charterer is willing to become responsible for 50% of the total capacity of the yacht, at the current FIT published prices. 25% of all deposits received will be credited towards, and the remaining 75% will be retained as penalty.

    If the charterer does not take these options, all deposits received will be forfeited and spaces released.

  3. Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure:
    Full charter price will be applied as cancellation penalty.

We strongly recommend passenger to take Trip Cancellation Insurance

 

(FIT) FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS

FIT Bookings and Payments

  1. Bookings made 61 days or more before departure:
    A deposit of US$200 per person is required to confirm the booking. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure. If the payment is not received on time, the space(s) will be automatically released.
  2. Bookings made 60 days or less before departure:
    A full non-refundable payment is required to confirm the booking.

The price of the cruise is based on double occupancy (two persons sharing one cabin). If a person does not want to share a cabin, a supplement of a 50% of the price will be charged.

FIT Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellations made 121 days or more before departure:
    Deposit will be refunded minus US$100 service charge p/p.
  2. Cancellations made 120 to 61 days before departure:
    All Deposits are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure:
    Full payment will be applied as cancellation penalty.

GROUPS (8 PAX OR MORE)

GROUP Bookings and Payments

  1. Bookings made 121 days or more before departure:
    A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm the booking. A second deposit of $400 per person must be received 120 days before departure. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
  2. Bookings made 120 days to 61 days before departure:
    A deposit of $600 per person is required to confirm the booking. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
  3. Bookings made 60 days or less before departure:
    A full non-refundable payment is required to confirm the booking.

GROUP Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellations made 121 days or more before departure:
    Deposit will be refunded minus US$100 service charge p/p.
  2. Cancellations made 120 to 61 days before departure:
    All Deposits are non-refundable p/p.
  3. Cancellations made 60 or less before departure:
    Full payment will be applied as cancellation penalty.
